To deepen the self-advocacy capacity of persons with intellectual disabilities to participate in realizing their rights to independent living, legal capacity, and education and to expand organization membership to rural Myanmar (Yangon, Shan and Kachin State, Mandalay and Bago Region), in line with CRPD Articles 19 (Living independently and being included in the community), 12 (Equal recognition before the law), and 24 (Education).
