Spotlight 1: Inclusion of Women with Disabilities in Sexual Violence Crime Law in Indonesia

Over the years, DRF/DRAF’s support has built the capacities of women with disabilities and their organizations in Indonesia. DRF/DRAF resourced organizations led by women with disabilities to network and unite, building a momentum for inclusive advocacy. DRF/DRAF also resourced cross-collaboration between women with disabilities and the mainstream feminist movement to build consensus and solidarity for the anti-gender-based violence bill.

Spotlight 2: Roadmap for Deinstitutionalization and Independent Living for Persons with Psychosocial Disabilities

Learn how DRF/DRAF’s contribution resourced Indonesia Mental Health Association to collaborate with the Indonesia Women’s Coalition to undertake a research study on the horrors of institutionalization of persons with psychosocial disabilities. DRF/DRAF also provided technical assistance for deinstitutionalization advocacy to ensure persons with psychosocial disabilities live independently and inclusively in communities.
