Summary description:
A. Complete annual financial audit services:
- Form and express an opinion on the fairness of the audited financial statements in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (U.S. GAAP).
- Form and express an opinion on the supplementary information when considered in relation to the audited financial statements as a whole.
- Communicate significant matters related to the audit with management and the Board’s Finance Committee.
- Meet with the management and the Finance Committee as necessary.
B. Complete annual tax services
- Prepare and review the Form 990 and MA Form PC.
- Prepare and review any other relevant tax form, as necessary.
- Communicate significant matters related to the audit with management and the Board’s Finance Committee
