Executive Director

Having established a unique profile as pioneering participatory grantmakers in the global disability rights field, the Disability Rights Fund and the Disability Rights Advocacy Fund are seeking a new Executive Director who will direct our next chapter of growth and maturation, building on the success of the Founding Executive Director.

Program Officer for Indonesia

The Program Officer (PO) for Indonesia will strengthen and manage our grantmaking portfolio in Indonesia. This includes reviewing applications and drafting recommendations and providing oversight of grantees. The PO is responsible for implementing the country strategy and for monitoring results and learnings.

Program Officer for Uganda

The main objective of the Program Officer consultancy is to strengthen and manage Disability Rights Fund (DRF) and Disability Rights Advocacy Fund (DRAF) grantmaking in Uganda. The Program Officer for Uganda will be responsible for monitoring country strategies to advance the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities in Uganda, providing oversight and support to applicants and grantees, and reporting on results.
