Associate Director of Bilateral Relations
The Associate Director of Bilateral Relations will work closely with the Founding Executive Director and the Director of Development to lead work on: managing and deepening relationships with current bilateral donors, adding new bilateral donors to our portfolio, and creating communications and events which meet the needs of these donors. The position will manage all bilateral proposal development, reporting, regular communications, and compliance.
The primary focus of the Finance Coordinator is to support the Finance Director in the effective financial management of DRF and DRAF. The role involves working closely with an outside accountant on monthly financial reconciliation; ensuring appropriate financial records are accurately maintained; maintaining financial reporting to support management of DRF/DRAF operations, governance and donor requirements; and supporting team members in financial administration. This role requires familiarity with audits, accounts payable and receivable, and budgets; an ability to prioritize multiple projects; adherence to timelines and confidentiality requirements; and a commitment to operating in a team environment.
Personal Assistant for Myanmar
The main objective of the Personal Assistant (PA) consultancy is to ensure that reasonable accommodations are met by providing logistical, technical, and administrative support to the Program Officer (PO) for Myanmar.
Program Officer for Indonesia
The main objective of the Program Officer consultancy is to strengthen and manage Disability Rights Fund and Disability Rights Advocacy Fund grantmaking in Indonesia. The Program Officer for Indonesia will be responsible for country strategies which best advance the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities in Indonesia, oversight, and support to applicants and grantees, and monitoring of results and learnings. The Program Officer will also contribute to refinement of a strategic grants process, which incorporates best practices in funding disability rights and inclusive development in the Global South.
